BEN Hinshelwood will not be released to play for Worcester tomorrow.
The Sixways centre is a standby player after being dropped from the Scotland 22 to face France on Sunday.
Despite Worcester's attempts to get him released in time to play against Exeter Chiefs at the County Ground, Scotland have insisted he stays with them until the very last training session. "Regulation nine of the International Rugby Board clearly states that they can keep hold of him until the last training session," said Sixways director of rugby John Brain.
"We've tried our best but Ben won't be involved at Exeter."
Duncan Murray will take Hinshelwood's place on the bench at the County Ground.
