A REDDITCH councillor has attacked suggested names roads on the new town as "absolutely terrible".
Cllr Frank Cardy criticised suggested names like Bulley Close and Inkpen Close which were put forward for new developments in the town.
"These names are absolutely terrible," he told the council's public service committee.
"I think we should send the whole lot back and not even bother to vote on which names we like, I don't like any of them."
The names were put forward by the post office and the council planning department, which has to choose names with local connections."
A cul-de-sac off Evesham Road will be known as Bescot Close, rather than Bidford Close or Bulley Close.
