BROMSGROVE Men's Hockey Club chalked up a 3-2 victory at Barlaston on Saturday.
A short-corner goal from Ben Husband and further strikes from Pete Hall and Bevan Edwards was enough to seal all the spoils.
On a good weekend for the club, the second team also came away from home with a victory. Atherstone Adders were dismissed 5-1 with Ali Shaw opening the scoring for Bromsgrove who dominated proceedings.
Ollie Adams added a second before Shaw grabbed his second of the afternoon from a short corner.
Tom Jennings rounded off Bromgrove's best move of the match to make it 4-0 at half-time.
Atherstone pulled one back from a penalty flick after the break, but Shaw completed his hat-trick to fire home Bromsgrove's fifth.
