Feckenham 3
West Midlands Police 3
THE Millers let a dominating three-goal cushion slip in the final 15 minutes on Saturday to hand a point on a plate to the police.
Coming off a midweek drubbing, losing 6-0 away to Leamington, Feckenham looked to have regained some confidence after going in 1-0 up at the break courtesy of Andy Williams.
Stuart Douglas doubled the Millers advantage midway through the second half before Ryan Field looked to have killed the game off with a third.
But with just 15 minutes to go the Police pulled one back from the spot and from there the wheels came off with the Millers letting two more before the end.
Millers boss Lee Adams said: "We played well for an hour and were playing some nice football then we just started looking vulnerable and nave - we made errors and basically dropped two points.
"It's frustrating for me but a learning curve for the lads who are mostly youngsters."
Feckenham face Boldmere St Michael's Reserves at home in the Smedley Crooke Memorial Cup tonight (Wednesday) before travelling to Continental Star on Saturday.
