I HAVE now received a further communication from the Kremlin at Burcot Lane, Bromsgrove, informing householders that the proletariat will now be collecting refuse fortnightly.

In real terms this will in fact be four to six weeks, depending when householders take their holidays etc. Statutory regulations require household waste to be collected weekly as it is deemed to be a health hazard.

As one of those house holders who was a victim of their active policy of discrimination - not having my refuse collected when a Bank Holiday fell - I have no intention of sitting back and allowing this situation to go unchallenged. I will be one of those householders not paying my Council Tax. Others will have to decide if they are going to lay down like a whipped dog or take action.

We heard their national leader at their party conference banging on about the lack of law and order in this country. He wants to come down to Bromsgrove and put his own house in order before criticising others. The sooner we rid ourselves of these parasites the better.
