YOUNGSTERS will be acting out a murder tale at the Norbury Theatre in Droitwich Spa next week.
The Friar Street Theatre's audience will be quaking in their boots watching the Sweeney Todd Shock and Roll show from November 10 - 13.
Set in Victorian London, the show tells the story of the butcher barber Sweeney Todd murdering his unsuspecting customers.
Twenty-four young people from Droitwich Spa and the surrounding area will be taking part and director Paul Wood said: "I am very impressed with the strength of young talent in the town."
The youth theatre was given a grant from the arts department of Worcestershire County Council to help them put on the show.
Tickets are priced at £5.50 and £4.50.
HAIR-RAISING: Edwin Bentley, front, has the title role in Norbury Youth Theatre's Sweeney Todd along with, from left, Rob Brown, Alice Petrie and Joe Dickinson.
