ALBERT Aston, labourer, of Ipsley Row, was summoned for obstruction in Church Green on October 29th.

Inspector Yates said he was attracted by a crowd of people in Church Green and found a man who was in the habit of giving exhibitions of being tied up and untying himself.

Defendant disputed his right to ask the man to move.

Witness asked him (defendant) to move several times, but he refused, and remained there a quarter of an hour after he had spoken to him.

Defendant was fined 2s 6d and 2s costs.
