DURING an active 2004 season, Glouce-stershire's 16-year-old golfing ace Ed Kennedy has been a model of consistency.
The talented teenager secured an unprecedented fifth championship by winning the final U-18s open event at Bristol and Clifton.
In difficult conditions, Kennedy, who lives in Toddington, grossed an exceptional 73 to finish two shots ahead of a strong field.
The youngster who is a member of Lilley Brook, The Vale and Broadway also holds this year's Daily Telegraph sponsored titles at Naunton Downs, Lilley Brook, Stinchcombe Hills and Enmore Park.
And, a possible sixth title remains on hold as he is one of the eight finalists from more than 1000 open age club champions in this year's IZZO Champion of Champions Cup that will now take place next May.
