Twelve potential developers have put in bids for North Site, the former defence base earmarked for housing.
The deadline for bids to buy the site expired at noon yesterday (Thursday).
Alex McKinlay, of agents Drivers Jonas, said he would now be meeting the Ministry of Defence to discuss the bids.
But concern is growing about the traffic impact of building hundreds of houses on the site.
Newtown Road resident Jo McFarlane has organised a public meeting about the issue at 12.30pm today (Friday) at the New Recruit pub, Newtown Road.
MP Sir Michael Spicer will be there to hear residents' views.
Later today, Malvern Hills District Council is holding a public meeting about North Site at Priory Lodge Hall, Avenue Road, from 2.30pm to 6.30pm.
There will also be another meeting at Dyson Perrins High School on Tuesday, September 16, from 5pm to 8pm.
Mrs McFarlane is also urging people to give their views to the council's draft local plan, which can be seen at the contact centre, Malvern Library.
