FREE Tai Chi classes are being offered to people in Malvern and Worcester by teacher Altair de Almeida, who has been practising Tai Chi for 25 years.
"It is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that is gentle, yet has extraordinary results in improving health, stamina, balance and peace of mind," he said.
He will give a free talk, demonstration and class at the Friends Meeting House, Orchard Road, Great Malvern on Tuesday, January 11, and another at Oldbury Park Primary School, St John's, Worcester, on Wednesday, January 12.
Both classes will start at 7.30pm and will be followed by enrolment for weekly classes.
There is no need to book a place, but more information can be obtained from Mr de Almeida on 01684 562528 or by e-mail to hi@altairedstates.co.uk
