SOMETHING that did not get lost in translation was the hat-trick success of a Kidderminster company.
Midland Technical Translations beat off the challenge of more than 50 other firms to win the Business Getting Results Champion of the Year title for the third year in a row.
The Church Street-based company earned the accolade from the BGR Club, which runs monthly forums for companies in the region to discuss ideas and implement them in their businesses.
A day out in a single-seater racing car was part of the prize following the announcement of the result at an event in Dudley.
Sue Clark, managing director of Midland Technical Translations, said: "The awards are aimed at growing businesses and this emphasises that our customers have an efficient and reliable service.
"The BGR also has monthly awards and this year we secured the improving team award for communication and for monitoring key performance indicators.
"We will be working just as hard in 2005 to build on our success and, hopefully, add even more silverware."
