PEOPLE in Worcestershire are being urged to donate their old and discarded mobile phones in a bid to raise money for guide dogs.
For every old handset donated to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, the charity will receive £3.50 to support its work bringing independence to visually impaired people.
Donating is also an environmentally friendly way of disposing of the phone, said Chris Dyson, from the association.
