THE funeral of a woman who died after the car she was in was struck by a train on a level-crossing is due to take place tomorrow.
The Evening News reported last week, how 36-year-old Katy Lee's family had been left shocked and devastated by the incident, which took place while they were on holiday in Germany, shortly before Christmas.
Mrs Lee's husband Nic, formerly of Tower Road, in Barbourne, Worcester, who now lives in Cheshire, said he and the couple's two young children were still struggling to come to terms with their loss.
He said her funeral has now been arranged and will be held at 11am, at St Leonard's Church, in Church Lane, Warmingham, Cheshire.
