BIG questions for many business owners are "what is good customer service and how do you get it", and "once you have it, how do you keep it?".
Entrepreneurs in Worcester will be able to find the answers when best-selling author and TV presenter Derek Williams returns to the city.
The creator of the Customer Service WOW Awards will be giving with his "Customer service in the UK... is it compulsory?" workshop at the Bank House Hotel on Tuesday, January 18.
The workshop was a sell-out in 2003 when it was last held, and so the Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire has booked him again.
"It was certainly one of the most popular workshops of the year and the feedback from delegates was fantastic - they could not praise it enough," said Samantha Dubique, events co-ordinator at the Chamber of Commerce.
The workshop, from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
The cost is £40 for Chamber members and £50 for non-members. To book a place call 0845 450 8633.
