DROITWICH Spa RFC face a second row injury crisis going into Saturday's replay against Ledbury at home (2.30pm kick off).
Director of Rugby Julian Bailey is without Ian Craig and Phil Horton for tomorrow's crucial relegation tussle.
Instead Paul Sweeney or Dave Knight could be called into the back row.
Bailey knows how important it is for his side to beat Ledbury, who lead the bottom side by just four points.
He said: "If we can beat Ledbury then we still have a great chance of getting ourselves out of trouble."
However, Bailey is unhappy that his side have to replay December's home game with Ledbury, which was called off with minutes to go because of an injury to the referee.
Spa had been leading the game 10-7 before it was called off.
Bailey said: "I've heard of other games that have finished prematurely and the winning side been awarded the points, so I can't understand why RFU have not done the same for us.
"All we can do is go out and play as well as we can, because if we do we can beat them."
On Saturday Spa ailed to cope with strong winds as they went down to Earlsdon 27-10.
Jamie Faulkener's early try had given them the lead, but the home side scored twice before half time.
Richard Pedley bagged Droitwich's second try, but Spa could not withstand Earsdon's pressure.
Bailey said: "We looked rusty and our fitness levels weren't good enough."
