THE massive PC game, The Sims, makes its second appearance on the consoles with The Sims Bustin' Out.
Much like the previous Sims games, it presents the original challenges of finding a job, getting a girlfriend, and moving out.
There are two modes to choose between, one being the free-play (this is the most similar to the PC version) allowing you to create as many Sims as you want and lead your Sims life as you please, or the "Get a life" mode in which you face a series of tasks, the first of which is to move out of your mum's house.
In order to do this you need to focus on one of the seven career modes, while keeping your Sims healthy and happy.
If you are a first-timer to The Sims you might find the controls a bit fiddly when using the thumb sticks to control a highlighted cursor - used to direct your Sims, purchase objects and interact with others.
Although there are a lot of new items, clothing and career paths in The Sims Bustin' Out, this feels more like an expansion pack for the original game.
However, the graphics and overall game play are as good as ever, but if you are expecting a totally new Sims game, don't look here.
RATING: 6/10
