MEMBERS celebrated the Christmas season in great style at their monthly meeting in December.
Alan and Eunice Evans provided the evening's entertainment and how good they were.
Alan has been playing the ukulele
for about four years, now possessing four, all in different keys .
He has certainly mastered the art with great skill and is a worthy member of the George Formby Society.
Eunice did a wonderful job as "sound engineer" and in providing appropriate accompaniment.
It took members back to the days of George Formby and thay could have listened and sung all night.
Afterwards, supper was enjoyed and also the serenade of carols, played on hand bells, by members who had been practising hard.
The next meeting at the village hall is tonight when Sally Herd will be talking about Leningrad (St. Petersburg) and Moscow.
