A WIN over Bloxwich in a friendly match on Saturday, saw Stourport Ladies Hockey Club first team continue their unbeaten run, having finished the first half of the season without a defeat.
Jodie Vincent and Kate Bailey's first half goals helped them to a 2-0 victory. Their final friendly match before the league programme resumes is at home to Lichfield.
Stourport Ladies seconds defeated Nuneaton 5-0 in a friendly fixture, whcn Vicky Clarke scored twice, and Rosie Connolly, Georgina Burns and Beth Galamkary contributed one goal each.
Continuing the Stourport victory parade were the ladies' thirds, who also won their friendly against Bloxwich, 3-0, thanks to Teri Baron, Emma Bailey and Cally Taylor.
The Ladies fourths were made to work a little harder, as they gave away two late goals, but in the end beat Studley 3-2, again in a friendly encounter. Kim O'Conner, Theresa Moss and Franki Pioli were the Stourport scorers.
Saturday fixtures: Stourport Ladies 1st v Lichfield (2pm), Lichfield v Stourport Ladies 2nd, Stourport Ladies 3rd v Lichfield (12.30pm), Bloxwich v Stourport Ladies 4th.
