MOVIE MAKERS' CLUB: Just nine members were present at the January meeting.

After correspondence had been dealt with a discussion was held on members' filming problems. During this discussion it was decided to have another go at chroma-keying at a future meeting as one of the newer members has had experience of it.

ART SOCIETY: The Christmas lunch at The Fish and Anchor was enjoyed by 25 members and guests.

There is a change of demonstrator at Wednesday's meeting. Christine Russell will be doing a still life demonstration in pastel with an introductory talk, followed later by slides. Jane Lampard has postponed until August. The February meeting will be the AGM with the usual social evening to follow including a fun painting competition On The Wild Side.

Evesham Art Society meets at The Friends Meeting House, Cowl Street, Evesham at 7.15pm on the third Wednesday of each month except December. Non-members welcomed - entrance £2 to include coffee and biscuits.
