KIDDERMINSTER Harriers were set to conclude a deal for Doncaster Rovers winger John McGrath at Aggborough today.
Boss Stuart Watkiss was having final talks over a contract for the former Aston Villa man, believed to be running until the end of the season.
The 24-year-old left-sided player will join fellow Doncaster old boy Chris Beardsley in Harriers' fight against relegation from Coca-Cola League Two.
Meanwhile, Harriers have also been linked with former midfielder Dean Bennett who made his comeback from a hernia operation with an appearance for Wrexham reserves yesterday.
The 27-year-old non-stop runner spent five years at Kidderminster but performed a U-turn by joining Wrexham on a two-season deal in the summer.
