DROITWICH Spa tots are celebrating after education chiefs gave their school the thumbs up.
Cutnall Green First School headteacher, Michele Humphreys, said she was delighted with the new report by Ofsted inspectors.
The document, which follows the inspection last October, rates the school highly.
It states: "The school's effectiveness is good and it provides good value for money.
"Pupils' achievement is good overall due to good leadership and management, good teaching, an enriched curriculum and pupils' attaining very good attitudes to learning."
According to the report, pupils are performing at a particularly high standard in English and mathematics.
"Children are achieving well, and their attainment is improving at a good rate," it says.
It also recognises the School Road school has made significant improvements since the last inspection.
Mrs Humphreys said she was particularly pleased with the part of the report recognising the children's attitude towards school and learning as very positive.
Praise was also given to the headteacher, the governors and the key staff, who have a clear vision of how to improve the school.
The report suggests the school needs to investigate ways of increasing the size of its hall and also developing the teachers' knowledge of computer programmes.
Mrs Humphreys added there were still places available at the school and visitors with an appointment were always welcome. For further details, call her on 01299 851256.
