A Talented Chinese student at St James's School, in West Malvern, has been offered a place at Oxford University's Lady Margaret Hall to study mathematics and statistics.
It comes after 18-year-old Haohao Xu, who is studying for four A'levels, completed her mathmatics A'level in one year - instead of two - and got an A grade.
Other pupils from local schools who have been offered Oxbridge places include five from The Chase and five from Malvern Girls' College.
The pupils from The Chase are Caroline Ardrey, Emily Middleton, Elizabeth Brooke, Sophie Hodge and Eleanor Rye.
Those from from Malvern Girls' College are Elizabeth Milway, Sophie Plumb, Serena Tam, Catherine Wu and Yvonne Soon.
