PETER Luff is to be congratulated on his campaign to persuade the BBC to cancel the showing of Jerry Springer - The Opera this weekend.
Christine Wargent of WODS says politicians should stick to running the country. Isn't that what Mr Luff is trying to do?
Has she got grandchildren, I wonder? Would she be happy for their minds to be polluted by this rubbish and all the other vulgarity, pornography and obscenity which issues from films, TV, theatre these days?
We have come to a very disgusting state and our children and future generations surely need to be protected from this degradation. What happened to the obscenity laws that used to exist?
Looking at the apocalyptic disasters of recent times, one cannot help thinking of the Biblical stories of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah and other prophecies.
