GARETH Hughes is hungry for more glory after seeing his side create history.
The former Worcester fly-half, who is now the master-in-charge of rugby at Royal Grammar School, Worcester, has guided his side to the quarter-finals of the Daily Mail Under-18 Schools Cup.
RGS beat Shropshire's Adams' Grammar School 21-12 at Flagge Meadow this week to secure a quarter-final berth for the first time in their history and Hughes would love his team to go all the way.
"We're not complacent and we want to go further in the competition," he said.
"Certainly, this side is one of the best I've worked with in my nine years at RGS and we've enjoyed a good season so far. However, we don't think it's the end of the road. We want to go further."
RGS will find out this weekend who they will play in the last eight. They are due to play the winner of the sixth round clash between St Peter's, York, and Lancaster RGS.
The Worcester team are packed with promising talent, including Sixways academy forward Sam McDonald whose impressive displays have seen him called up to the 80-strong England 18-group core squad.
Centre Chris Pinner, hooker Simon James and prop Max Drew, the son of former Wor-cester forward Paul Drew, also play for North Midlands at 18-group level.
Hughes said: "There are some top sides left in the competition but it's going to take a good pack to get the better of us."
