WORCESTERSHIRE soon lost Stephen Moore after winning the toss and deciding to bat in their Frizzell County Championship Division One match against Warwickshire at Edgbaston today.
He was snapped up by Jon-athan Trott off paceman Dou-gie Brown for five.
Moore, who was declared fit after suffering from a neck problem earlier this week, had launched the County's innings with Stephen Peters, who was then joined by Graeme Hick.
Worcestershire were spared facing slow left-armer Ashley Giles. Warwickshire had sou-ght permission from England to play him, but their request was turned down.
The County were boosted by the inclusion of paceman Andy Bichel.
He passed a fitness test on a slight groin strain and had also recovered from influenza.
His inclusion, at the expense of Kadeer Ali, was the only change the County made from the side that beat Gloucestershire by an innings and 86 runs at New Road last week
Worcestershire: S. D. Peters, S. C. Moore, G. A. Hick, B. F. Smith, V. S. Solanki, G. J. Batty, A. J. Bichel, S. J. Rhodes, M. S. Mason, Nad-eem, M. A. Harrity.
