A QUICK-FIRE 34 from Worcestershire's Kabir Ali helped England to retain the Hong Kong Sixes with a victory over Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka hit 61 for four from their five overs, with Dilruwan Perera top-scoring with 24.
However, England -- skippered by Matthew Maynard -- raced to victory in 3.1 overs as Kabir and Dimitri Mascarenhas (12 not out) took on the Sri Lankan attack.
Earlier, Darren Maddy had walloped 34 off just 11 balls to set the pace for the England run chase.
Accurate bowling from England had stifled Sri Lanka's batsmen, with only two Sri Lankans reaching double figures. Graham Napier conceded just six runs and took one wicket.
