WORCESTERSHIRE have agreed with David Leatherdale to extend his one-day contract for a further season in 2005.
The 36 year-old all-rounder said: "I'm pleased to be able to confirm that my contract has been extended."
Meanwhile, Graeme Hick has earned his second ZMB player of the month award after guiding Worcestershire to a crucial win over Gloucestershire last week.
The 38-year-old scored 178 at Cheltenham after he excelled earlier in the month during the Twenty20 Cup.
Meanwhile, Derbyshire made 252-5 in reply to Worcestershire's 333-7 declared in the Second Eleven match at New Road.
