WORCESTERSHIRE'S long-serving all-rounder David Leatherdale is to hold talks with the county about extending a career which has already spanned 17 seasons.
Leatherdale is now only employed to play limited overs cricket after bringing down the curtain on his full-time career last summer.
But he has remained an integral part of their one-day success in 2004 with Worcestershire in the semi-finals of the C&G Trophy and the top three of totesport League Division Two.
The initial signs are that Worcestershire will be keen to retain 36-year-old Leatherdale's services.
