REDDITCH Development Corporation does not think that people really know just how much the town has to offer.
So, together with Midland Red bus company, it is setting up a bus tour of the new town.
A corporation spokesman said: "A lot of people don't seem to go from one end of the town to the other and they do not seem to realise just how much the town has grown, so we want to show them around.
"A lot might prefer getting a bus rather than driving round in their cars on a Sunday afternoon."
The tours will include industrial and housing estates, shopping centres and parks and will have a corporation official on board to give a commentary on the finer points of the town.
The trips will leave from the bus station at 2.30pm and 4.30pm on September 16 and 23, last one and a half hours, including a stop for refreshments and cost 20p or 15p for children.
