Members of the Redditch branch of the Electrical Assistants for Women were given a lively talk at a recent meeting held at Headless Cross Methodist Church.
The speaker for the evening was Mr Faith Jones who explained the workings of electricity and showed the ladies how to wire a plug.
After the talk the members practised the wiring under the guidance of Mrs Jones, the area liaison officer for EAW.
A vote of thanks was given by Mrs J Mitchell and refreshments were prepared by the members of the committee.
