Hunt End - Pigeon Shooting. On Saturday a match was shot off between R Edwards, Hunt End and C Salisbury, (Studley) (five birds), the latter to give one dead bird.
Both men shot badly, Edwards only killing one out of four while Salisbury killed two out of five, the match thus ending in a draw.
They agreed to shoot at another bird each.
Edwards killed and won a poor match.
Following this, several sweepstakes were shot off and some capital shooting was witnessed.
