REDDITCH got their league campaign back on track in style as they hit Yardley for six at Bromsgrove Road on Saturday.
Redditch went six goals up before Yardley hit back with two late consolation efforts but by then it was too late for the visitors.
Incisive passing from the Redditch players let in Steve Cook for his first before the in-form Andy Brooks smashed home a penalty flick to make it 2-0.
Lee Breedon gave Redditch a 3-0 half-time lead soon after and continued his form in-front of goal after the break to make it four.
Cook joined in with his double and Alan Povey made it six without reply.
The win finds Redditch seven points off the pace and with neighbours Droitwich only managing to draw all is to play for in the second half of the season.
"It was nice to get back into it with a win," said Redditch captain Ashley Freeman.
"But Yardley really are a poor side but there was a job to be done and we did it."
