AN inquest into the deaths of an elderly Headless Cross couple who died after a gas explosion in their holiday apartment was opened and adjourned.
Kenneth Such, 81, died on December 20 when a gas canister exploded at the flat in Tenerife.
His 79-year-old wife, Marjorie, was seriously hurt in the blast and died two days later in hospital.
Worcester coroner Victor Round adjourned the inquest for a date to be fixed.
