A REDDITCH band is riding the radio waves of success after landing a slot on Kerrang Radio's breakfast show.
Animotorso, a four-piece alternative rock act, have been invited to play four tracks from their forthcoming album on Monday.
The band - Ben Davidson, of Headless Cross, Adam Hinks, from Callow Hill and Tom Angell and Rich Brabin, of Evesham - will also perform a cover track and a "jingle" on air.
Promoter Mike Davidson, brother of vocalist/guitar-player Ben, said the group had gone from strength to strength and were gaining a strong following.
They will be releasing a new album in the summer.
They performed at the Coach House pub in Feckenham Road, Astwood Bank, earlier this month but have also played around the country - Manchester, Exeter and Bristol's Ashton Court Festival, among other venues.
Listeners will be able to hear Animotorso on air between 7-9am. The band will also be performing at the New Tardebigge, in Hewell Lane, on Tuesday, February 8.
