Kiddermnister Chess Club's John Varilone has finally won a match he played last October after appealing against the result.There was a dispute over the outcome of his Wolverhampton League division two clash against a Rushall player.
But after submitting an appeal with several pages of complex analysis Varilone was awarded the win 3.5-2.5.
