Menty Smith, aged 48, of Cleeve Prior Caravan Park was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene of the accident near Little Meadows, Evesham Road.
A white Vauxhall Midi Merit, the woman, and a teenage girl, who was taken to hospital with an arm injury, were involved in the collision on Monday at about 9.35pm.
An inquest into her death is expected to be opened by Worcestershire coroner Victor Round at Stourport-on-Severn today.
