ASSORTED plants were taken as a Bewdley nursery was hit by thieves for the second time in a fortnight.
In the latest incident, offenders broke into Woodland Cottage Nursery in Habberley Road between 5pm on Wednesday last week and 10.30am the following morning. They took a variety of more than 12 plants and a tray of silver-coloured sedum plants.
"This is the second time the nursery has been targeted, with thieves stealing two euonymus plants of the Blondy variety on December 29," said a police spokesman.
"We are appealing for anyone with information regarding these incidents to give us a call and we would also like to hear from anyone who sees these plants for sale in suspicious circumstances."
Police can be contacted on 08457 444888.
