KIDDERMINSTER Harriers today repeated their threat to take legal action over the alleged non-payment of £25,000 from Greenock Morton for Andy Brownrigg.
Harriers should have received the first instalment of £5,000 by August 12 with the remainder being paid in four separate installments.
A further £1,500 loan that Brownrigg owed the club was also due to be settled.
Harriers secretary Roger Barlow said: "As a club, we will take this all the way in the courts. We are still sitting here waiting and any attempts we have made to contact Morton have been a waste of time.
"We are gobsmacked that a professional deal has not been struck."
Meanwhile, Harriers have re-arranged Saturday's postponed Nationwide Division Three match at Plymouth for Tuesday, November 21.
