TONY Bird, Ian Clarkson and Andy Ducros are among the contenders for a call-up into the starting line-up for suspension-ravaged Kidderminster Harriers against Leyton Orient in a Nationwide League Division Three clash at Aggborough tomorrow (3pm).
The trio were on the substitutes' bench for last Saturday's impressive 2-0 victory at Rushden & Diamonds.
Harriers caretaker manager Ian Britton is forced to shuffle the pack for the last league game of the season because Drewe Broughton, Scott Stamps, Ian Foster and Abdou Sall are all suspended.
Striker Broughton and left-back Stamps will be serving the second of two-match bans for picking up ten bookings each.
Front-runner Foster starts a three-game ban for his recent sending-off against Bristol Rovers at the Memorial Stadium.
As well as tomorrow's match he is also ruled out of next Wednesday's Worcestershire Senior Cup final second leg against Moor Green at Aggborough, plus the first game of next season.
Foster had expected a one-match ban but has been handed the extra games because it was his third sending-off.
Central defender Sall misses tomorrow's encounter because he was also dismissed against Bristol Rovers.
If selected Bird, one of eight Harriers players out of contract in the summer, accepts that it is likely to be his last appearance for the club.
He said: "I don't know whether any new manager coming in here would want to look at me and it's not worth hanging around to find out. It's too late. It's better to make a fresh start.
"I would like to thank the supporters. They have always been fantastic to me whenever I've played. They understand I've been played out of position.
"They've never seen the best of me because I've only started up front once this season so it would be nice to go out with a bang."
Harriers, meanwhile, have clinched a top 10 placing with their win at Rushden, and tomorrow will be hoping to maintain their record of never having lost a league match to Leyton Orient.
Last season's clash at Aggborough ended in a 2-1 win thanks to goals from Craig Hinton and Dean Bennett. The match at Brisbane Road ended goalless.
This term Harriers returned home with a 3-1 win under their belts in November after Bennett, Richie Appleby and Bo Henriksen had hit the target.
FORMCAST: Harriers can sign off with a 2-0 victory.
