VELO Club Sevale held its annual Reliability Ride on Sunday.
A total of 37 riders took part in the 50-mile event which included a circuit of Bredon Hill and was mostly on lanes and quieter roads.
All the riders finished within the time limit, including the Stourport man who suffered a fall off his bike while riding across Longdon Marsh. No other vehicle was involved and fortunately only his pride was hurt.
On Sunday, Eric Gorton is leading a ride to Stourport, the distance will be around 60 miles with a tea and cake break.
Any reasonably fit riders are welcome. The ride, as usual, starts from the bus shelter in Barnards Green at 9 am.
