STUART Watkiss is ready to take transfer market gambles in order to haul Kidderminster Harriers out of the Coca-Cola League Two relegation mire.
The Harriers boss is determined to make new midfield signings ahead of their massive bottom-of-the-table clash at Cambridge United on Saturday.
Kidderminster are six points away from Shrewsbury Town, who are now 22nd, after more disappointment in the 3-1 defeat at home to Oxford.
Watkiss has finally called time on a move for Boston's Chris Holland but will monitor Steve Robinson in a Swindon reserve match this week.
He said: "When you're 91st in the Football League, it's quite difficult to attract the players you want. We have to try to take calculated gambles."
