SINCE before Christmas, huge wooden hoardings have hidden one of Worcester's most prominent shop frontages from the public.
But yesterday the boards opposite Worcester Cathedral came down to reveal the new-look offices of international estate agent Knight Frank.
The company has spent more than £300,000 converting the former premises of Barclays Bank into a state-of-the-art centre for the buying and selling of upmarket properties.
Fourteen staff made the move from Knight Frank's previous address on the corner of Edgar Street and Sidbury and are looking forward to what senior partner Jonathan Bengough described as "maximising old and new clients' aspirations in all aspects of their property needs".
As well as Mr Bengough, KF at Worcester includes Will Kerton, partner in the country house team and former Worcester King's School pupil, James Wilson, who is primarily responsible for land acquisition and disposal, and negotiator Rupert Wakley, who brings specialist equestrian knowledge through his previous career as a national hunt jockey.
