VALENTINE'S Day will soon be here and this Worcester woman's heart can be found in a London gallery.
Works of art based on the theme of "love" are being displayed at the Oxo gallery on the capital's Southbank.
And Brussels-born artist Claudia Wiegand, now of Claines, was one entrant of only 100 to be picked among the 1,200 applicants to have her pieces shown.
Mrs Wiegand has trained in interior design, and her two chosen works, Find the One and In Small Doses, are on silk and can be hung from the ceiling in front of windows.
"This is the first time I've ever submitted work to a gallery so I'm totally excited," said Mrs Wiegand, aged 39.
"All my life I've wanted to explore different mediums and do something different.
"You don't see many paintings on silk, such as this example of vibrant hearts."
The mother-of-one gave up a career as a sales manager for telecommunications company AT&T, living in Brussels, Amsterdam and London, to settle down with her husband in Worcester and concentrate on her art.
Her paintings are on show at the Oxo Gallery for 10 days from Thursday, February 10.
