LEGENDARY film director, writer and food critic Michael Winner is set to take a trip to the Malvern Hills next month.
Mr Winner's career spans more than 40 years during which he has made around 30 films.
He will be at Malvern's Forum Theatre, Grange Road at 7.30pm on Thursday, February 17, to talk about his colourful life.
The celebrity became a film gossip writer at the age of 16 and propelled himself into BBC television at 20 years-old.
He had already written screenplays by the age of 22 and continued writing scripts for his own minor films before breaking into mainstream cinema in the 1960s, shooting to prominence as a hip young director.
Mr Winner is best known for movies such as 1964's The System and I'll Never Forget What's 'Isname in 1967.
He remains prominent in British public life, famed for his newspaper work, TV appearances and his restaurant reviews.
