DEVELOPMENTS in Astwood Bank and Headless Cross were both given the green light last week by Redditch Council's planning committee.
The re-development of the corner of Feckenham Road and Castle Street in Astwood Bank will be allowed.
JS Bloor wants to transform the former industrial site into nine houses and a block of five apartments.
Another application to build houses on a patch of land behind Feckenham Road and Marlpit Lane in Headless Cross was also finally approved by councillors.
The plans by Steve Dodd Property Developments had previously been refused but the firm changed the design of one of the homes to a bungalow, which was deemed more acceptable.
