Members were welcomed by their president Lynne Reading, then began their New Year's programme with a very interesting and factual talk by Paul Betterton on RMS Titanic. He even suggested the ship that went down might not have been the Titanic! Members had been asked to produce items for a bring and buy table in aid of the tsunami appeal, which raised £96. A similar table was manned by members at a coffee morning at Tardebigge Community Hall on January 17 when £114 was made. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 8, at 7.45pm when the talk will be on Witley Court gardens and cellars.
