A BRIGHT Bromsgrove youngster has been declared one of Britain's brainiest after being accepted into Mensa.
seven-year-old daughter, Skye, carry out a spot of revision.
Seven-year-old Skye Hadley, from the Oakalls, has been accepted into the exclusive clever club and can also recite the Highway Code because of her exceptional memory.
Skye's mum, Karen, said: "She has always been inquisitive and asked us questions.
"She could talk and count from a very early age, we knew she was clever."
Skye, who attends Harborne Primary School, in Birmingham, wants to be a dance teacher when she grows up.
Karen said that she and her husband David have always talked to Skye and told her things and that may have helped her development.
"When we went shopping we would tell her what we were getting and how much it cost, we have always encouraged her. I don't know where she gets it from though - it's certainly not me," said Karen.
Skye is now one of only 13 youngsters aged seven in the whole of Britain to be in the 27,000-strong club.
Proud mum Karen, said: "We are very proud of her and also her four-year-old sister Hope.
"Skye is good at everything she does, she just seems to pick things up very easily."
