Kidderminster Men's firsts can count themselves lucky that Warwick's forwards had an off-day as they went down 2-1 to their mid-table visitors.
Their man-of-the-match goalkeeper Martin Roberts kept the score down and Warwick could easily have won by a greater margin.
Kidderminster took the lead against the run of play when Matt Edwards ploughed the ball into the roof of the net.
But their joy was short-lived as Warwick dominated the second half, equalising through a disputed goal and grabbing the winner after a defensive mistake.
Kidderminster stay and host unbeaten leaders Wednesbury at 1pm on Saturday.
Kidderminster Ladies returned from their festive break in winning form as they beat Badsey 2-0 away from home.
First half goals from Giverney Gallagher and Kay McDonald sealed it Becky Cotton the player of the match. They are at home to Cresconians at noon on Saturday.
There was also success for the men's fourths who won 1-0 at Bournville with a fine goal from Keith Burgess. Youngster Andy Kimberlin was the man of the match.
