NEW Companies House fee structures come into force this Tuesday, February 1, and favour e-filing.
The fee for filing an annual return rises from £15 to £30, but the £15 charge will be retained for companies filing these electronically.
Rabjohns, the business and tax advisers based in College Yard, Worcester, is launching a new service for its clients to provide electronic company administration services that will enable them to e-file annual returns and other forms.
The benefits of this will be to provide a fast, effective method to maintain company statutory books and ensure that the officers of the company are fulfilling their statutory obligations.
