PLANS to build a bungalow on land filled with shrubs and trees in Droitwich look set to be refused following a number of objections to the scheme.
Wychavon District Council received 14 letters objecting to the building of a bungalow and garage near the entrance of St Augustine's Drive.
Nearby residents considered the space to be too small for development and said they were concerned about the visual impact of any property on the neighbourhood.
Store
The application includes a four bedroom chalet-style bungalow with a double garage and store, close to the entrance to Whitford Hall and Dodderhill School.
But it is being recommended for refusal at a meeting of the council's development control committee on Thursday on the grounds that it would be too obtrusive.
